Moving to Orkney

It's been a wee while since I last wrote, been busy with the extra cats, and then we got a phone call from our daughter to say they would be arriving the following day!

That got us into a flat spin! Where are we going to put three extra people, the boy is already sleeping on the settee as we are going to turn one of attached extensions into a room for him.

Oh what a week we had cats kids and grown ups everywhere, cats think wow more people to scrag and more chance of escaping through left open doors.

Visitors have left now after eight days, so we are trying to get back to normal, but the kittens are doing there best to turn the house upside down, and I have to say they are doing a pretty good job of it. They are into everything - knocking over anything they can, playing catch me if you can racing up the curtains and jumping off onto the telly.
