Moving to Orkney

Just before christmas we had another new feral kitten turn up, probably about seven eight weeks old. After several weeks of coaxing with tasty morsels of meat, the kitten started to let me stroke and fuss it. Lots of stroking and fussing later I was able to actually pick it up, on closer inspection I was able to determine that she was a little girl. I started to leave the porch window open and encouraged her to come into the porch. Christmas came and went and we were really getting on quite well, it soon became apparent that she liked loves and cuddles much more than she did her food, in fact she stopped eating and started to just sit at the window crying for some attention. She soon became ill, and I had to make a decision whether or not to bring her inside,I really didn't want to as its not very long since I lost my special cat Nelson to feline aids, anyway she took a turn for the worse and I knew she would die if I didn't bring her in. So in she came, it has taken three weeks but she has now almost fully recovered and she has decided that she definitely likes being an inside cat. So watch this space I'll keep you informed of her progress and post a picture of FUDGE the new kitten in my life.
