Moving to Orkney

The wood has now arrived so hubby and son can now crack on with renovating the middle extension, we are turning it into a workshop as it is straight off the garage.  It means in winter we will not have to brave the elements to get a tool or whatever is needed, and there are times when it has been so windy and wild we could not even open the garage doors and Phill is no weakling!

We can only do the back end at the moment as we have a blackbird in residence in the front near the door that is sitting on her eggs, she is fine and doesn't seem to mind all the comings and goings she knows us now as this is her second lot of eggs. The first lot has hatched and fledged and she's back for another go, she's one busy bird!
